Winners of Ekurhuleni Senior Women’s Golf tournament celebrated
Falconer and Da Vincenzo scored 49 points, beating runners-up Nasima Bhyat and Jenni Looi, who managed 47 points for second place.
Michelle Falconer and Tania da Vincenzo were crowned the Ekurhuleni Senior Women’s Golf (ESWG) memorial tournament champions after capturing the title at the State Mines Country Club on March 3.
Falconer and Da Vincenzo scored 49 points, beating runners-up Nasima Bhyat and Jenni Looi, who managed 47 points for second place.

The team of Marzia Jonker and Bev Bray were a point behind Bhyat and Looi after registering 46 points (counted in) to complete the top three. Jeanette Ross and Veronica Tredoux finished fourth on 46 points (counted out).

The ESWG president Charmaine Stone congratulated the winners and also paid tribute to outgoing committee members Martie Becker and Lynda Smit.
“Farewell and thank you to Martie and Lynda for their dedication and long-standing service to the ESWG committee spanning over 10 remarkable years. Your contributions will not be forgotten,” she said.
