On a delightful afternoon, on May 17, the residents of Quondam Village were drawn together for a spontaneous game of lawn bowls.
Quondam Village Trust manager Neeri Stroebel shared that this impromptu gathering aimed to blend enjoyment with learning, as both beginners and experienced players took to the green with enthusiasm.
According to Stroebel, the event attracted a diverse group of participants, from those with little to no experience to seasoned professionals who call Quondam Village home.

“The atmosphere was refreshingly light-hearted and active, as laughter and friendly competition filled the air.
“Residents took turns rolling bowls across the manicured lawn, eagerly absorbing tips and techniques from the more experienced players,” Stroebel described.
Margot Demmel, one of the enthusiastic participants, expressed her delight, “It was an absolutely great afternoon to spend time together with fellow villagers.”
