Jeppe Quondam hosts street workout nationals

The South African Street Workout and Calisthenics Association (SASWCA) recently hosted the street workout freestyle South African nationals at Jeppe Quondam Sports Club.

Street workout is the art of callisthenics that combines bodyweight exercises, callisthenics, and elements of gymnastics, often performed in outdoor environments like parks, playgrounds, or specially designed workout areas.

The winner of the freestyle nationals qualifies to represent South Africa in the street workout world champs in Bulgaria from April 24 to 27.

Winners were first place in the male category went to Kyle Strydom, second place to Liam Jones with Aidan Bow.
In the women’s category, Gabriella Braun secured first place and Tinika Gordon secured the second position.
