Dragons excel

Swimmers from the St Andrew’s Dragons Swimming Club competed in the Central Gauteng Senior Short Course championships recently.

A total of 29 gold, 16 silver and 17 bronze individual medals were won as well as gold medals for the relay events.

The swimmers who excelled were Erin Anderson, Brenden Crawford, Eden Cronje, Joshua Cronje, Craig Groenewald, Demi Joseph, Seonaid Leech, Caitlin Lewington, Refiloe Mashao, Jenna Pearse, Mirchel Sinclair, Tayla Sinclair, Andrew Smith, Christiaan Stroebel, Ianthe van der Westhuizen, Anandt van Rensburg, Jessica Whelan, Samantha Whelan and Keagan Wood.
