Bedfordview SAPS team building a success

The Bedfordview SAPS hosted its annual team building event last Wednesday.

This year’s instalment was dedicated to encouraging officers and staff members to stay fit and exercise regularly.

The Bedfordview SAPS spokesperson, Warrant Officer Mduduzi Nhlabathi, said the day was not only about fun and games.

“After each exercise, our members were checked for heart rate as well as how many calories they had burnt during that particular session. These checks were done by a professional trainer,” she said.

Medical practitioners were also present and provided free blood pressure and blood sugar level testing.

Activities included soccer, rugby, cricket and athletics.
