New kit for Kensington u-15 team

RHODES PARK - The football club was founded by Kamali and Dasa Nchingile in 2010.

The support of Kensington community resulted in new kit for the u-15 team at Birmingham Football Club.

The club’s coach Masa Kamali recently made an appeal via the EXPRESS for assistance in obtaining new soccer kit for the players.

The football club was founded by Kamali and Dasa Nchingile in 2010.

Kamali said he started the club as he has a passion for soccer.

“I also wanted to help children get off the streets. It was painful for me to see the boys playing without a kit. They looked different to other players who had a kit. I would like to send a special thank you to the unknown businessman who donated the kit,” he said.

Player Ntando Sithole said he is happy and grateful for the new kit.

“No words can describe how happy I am,” he said.

Kamali said the team is still in need of kit for the u-11, u-13 and u-17 teams.

The club plays at Rhodes Park on weekends.
