Open day for Kookmin Taekwondo

Kookmin Taekwondo at Edenvale Sports Club had an open day for anyone interested in the sport on May 19.

Owner, Master Lee gave new and excited prospective Taekwondo students and their parents a demonstration on Taekwondo.Master Lee illustrated the art of the sport, plus self-defence techniques.

He also spoke about having self-control with the use of analogies within the Korean sport.

The open day also provided questions and answers on Taekwondo.
