The 19-year-old golfer claimed his second win at State Mines Country Club during extra time on May 23.
In April, Mostert won the first round of this year’s tour with a one-shot victory at Silver Lakes Golf Estate.
Later this year the tour is expected to make its way to the Germiston Golf Club.

During the third round of the tour, Mostert split the 18th fairway and parked his shot three metres from the hole.
He boxed the birdie putt for a five-under-par 67 and set the clubhouse at nine-under.
Mostert did it again when overnight leader Heinrich Bruiners made three at the par-four 18th hole for a 70, forcing the two players into a sudden-death play-off.
“I drove the fairway again and had 110 metres to go to the flag. Heinie found the fairway bunker and his trap-shot flew to the green,” said Mostert.
On his second shot, Mostert again landed his shot three metres from the hole
“Heinie had a really tough lie, but he hit a great chip. On the green he missed the par putt, though, leaving me with two putts for the win,” said Mostert.
“I nailed it on the first try.”
Mostert, who is pleased with his second victory, is one of the top names on the Road to the Sunshine Tour 2019 Order of Merit.
“We’re all gunning for the top 10 spots in the Sunshine Tour,” said Mostert.
“The better I play, the quicker I can make certain that I’m in the top 10.”
After making it into the Sunshine Tour, Mostert hopes to compete in the Mena Tour, to get more international experience.
“I’ve got to give a shout-out to my dad and to my coach Neil Cheetham for their support,” said Mostert.
He also thanked the staff at State Mines for the course.
“The greens were true and firm and the set-up was a great test.”
