National and regional colours for Edenvale dancer

Eight-year-old Catherine Eagar from Edenvale-based PoleZAtions competed at the South African Pole Dance Fitness Association’s regional championships where she obtained her regional and national colours.

Eager received one set of regional colours and her national colours after she performed a solo dance based on the theme “The Wizard of Oz”.

She was awarded a second set of regional colours after she performed a duet with instructor Heidi Mehring.

Fellow dancer from the studio Claire du Plessis was awarded a silver medal for her performance.
