Jeppe Cricket Club on a winning streak
UJ CC and Jeppe CC played the premier leagues against each other on January 26.
Jeppe Quondam Cricket Club recently competed in several matches where its teams played against University of Johannesburg Cricket Club, Pirates Cricket Club and Marks Park Cricket Club.

UJ CC and Jeppe CC played the premier leagues against each other on January 26.
Jeppe member Dwayne Araujo’s bowling took an impressive 19/3 in 8.3 overs while Jeppe batsman Wesley Sleep made 45 off 56 balls.
Jeppe won the game against UJ by five wickets.

In another match, played in the Presidents League, Jeppe faced off against Pirates CC and won by 42 runs.
Jeppe’s Brandan de Boar’s bowled with 31/4 in 7 overs while teammate Kutloano Maseko bowled with 46/3 in 10 overs.
Dylan Nicholas, a batsman for Jeppe, batted with 84 off 56 balls.
When Jeppe’s SU6 junior team took to the pitch against Marks Park they took another victory for the club when they won by six wickets.
Lauren Borchers, Jeppe Quondam Cricket Club’s secretary, said it was a winning weekend for the club.
“It is the second time in a row where all our teams have won all their games for the weekend,” said Lauren.
