Edenglen’s footballer kicks off international career

Edenglen High School learner and footballer Motlhalosi Nare took part in the u-17 International Future Champions Tournament where he played for the Bidvest Wits team.

The team played five games and finished seventh overall.

Nare scored two goals and had two assists.

“This tournament was a very good learning experience for me,” said Nare.

“It is important to keep working hard. You might not always win, which can be heartbreaking, but all that matters is how you react to it.”
