Local coaches succeed in Last Man Standing Competition

Edenvale High School congratulated its B4C CrossFit coaches who recently competed in the Last Man Standing competition.

During the three-day competition the two coaches, Danie du Preez and Paulo Nunes, won awards.

Danie placed first in the Masters category (40 +) and Paulo placed third in the Elite Men category.

The men who run their lifestyle centre from the school, were congratulated by Dr Larry Harmer, the principal at EHS.
