Two of the seniors, the captain, Linda Ndlovu, and spin bowler Kgaudise Molefe, were in the Central Gauteng Lions team.
They won the main game in the Coca-Cola Khaya Majola Week at the end of last year and Molefe was selected for the SA Schools team and the national u-19 side.
On the other end of the scale, they have Dylan Nicholas, who is only 15 and in Grade 10 and has already made a few big scores.
Roland Blanks, the team’s assistant coach, says a number of the players have shown a significant improvement.
“We have an exciting bowling attack and batsmen who have shown they can score runs.
“If both units are firing we are capable of beating some good sides.” said Blanks.
