Festive season fun at Bedford Centre

Come this festive season, the Bedford Centre will treat families and children to a variety of activities.

Some of the activities planned for the festive season include Carols by Candlelight, taking a ‘selfie’ with Father Christmas, or letting your children cook up a storm with Mrs Claus.

Mrs Claus’ Kitchen

Come and join Mrs Claus and her kitchen elves in creating some delicious holiday treats, directly from her special cookbook in the North Pole.

Different, delicious treats will be made each day, from Santa Claus cupcakes to Reindeer and Gingerbread men. These scrumptious, edible craft treats can easily be recreated at home to form part of your Festive Season activities.

Dates: December 6 to 24.

Venue: Pick ‘n Pay court, Bedford Centre.

Cost: R30 per session (Booking is recommended).

Ages: 2 to 10 years old.

Times: Monday to Saturday: 11am to 11.45am, 12:15pm to 1pm, 2pm to 2.45pm, 3.15 to 4pm, 4.30pm to 5.15pm.

Sundays and Public Holidays: 11am to 11.45, 12.15pm to 1pm, 2pm to 2.45pm.

Santa Claus

Come and join Santa Claus daily, and have a photograph or ‘selfie’ with him for your memory books.

Carols by Candlelight

Get into the Festive Spirit and join in the fun at Carols by Candlelight, with the beautiful voices of the Saheti School Choir.

Come and participate in the Christmas-themed sing-along with loved ones and friends.

Dates: December 28.

Venue: Piazza, Bedford Centre.

Cost: Nil

Ages: All

Times: 6pm for 6.30pm.
