Artists to meet for comic demonstration
He will host a demonstration on character stereotypes and dynamic illustration with speed and imagination
Mr Roland du Preez developed a passion for sequential art at a young age.
He was inspired by an American comic.
Mr Du Preez has a degree in graphic design but focuses on comic art, a genre that is lately seen as serious art with major international galleries.
He will host a demonstration on character stereotypes and dynamic illustration with speed and imagination on November 21 for the Paint & Palette Group.
The demonstration will take place at the Edenvale Community Centre, at the corner of Van Riebeeck Avenue and 2nd Street.
The demonstrations starts at 2pm.
