Pannefees kicks off
Fun and games are in store for visitors to the Pannefees, this weekend.
The festival, which takes place today (Friday) and tomorrow, in Dalview, will delight young and old with displays by the South African National Defence Force and Emergency Services.
Music lovers are in for a treat, as there will be performances by various musicians, including Manie Jackson, Anton Myburgh and JJ Stephens.
Visitors can also see model aeroplanes, or enter the Miss Pannefees, Mr Pankop or strong-man competition.
There will also be a variety of stalls, as well as great food and refreshments.
The Pannefees will take place on Laerskool Die Arend’s sportsgrounds and the gates open at 8am.
