A small number of residents from Anzac, Brakpan North and other areas also took part, and dumped their rubbish on the municipality’s property.

Residents have vowed to continue dumping their rubbish at the Customer Care Centre until ‘council reacts in a more reasonable fashion’.

The mountain of rubbish was cleaned later that afternoon.
