No limits for Dané
Dané Swart (14), a Brakpan resident, has already proven herself nationally and internationally with her numerous achievements.
Dané has been singing and acting for almost ten years now and she has appeared on stages in South Africa and America.
In 2014, Dané received a scholarship to attend New York Film Academy’s Summer Camp and the Applause Rising Talent Showcase (ARTS) in Orlando, Florida.
At the summer camp she received a diploma in Teen Musical Theatre Program.
In December, Dané was also featured on kykNet’s Be Your Dream reality television series, where she introduced her single, “Dream Maker”, which will be released later this year.
Recently, Dané was in studio with Nate Butler, America’s Got Talent A&R, working on a new song for her upcoming project.
Dané is currently focusing on building a career for herself nationally and internationally and is training consistently, in order to be the best in such a highly competitive industry.
Dané said that her hopes are to inspire her peers and to make her country proud.
“There are no limits, except those you put on yourself,” said Dané.
