Weekend crime round-up

According to information received, the following crimes were reported to Brakpan police over the weekend (April 24-27):

Friday

Two houses and a business were broken into along Station Road, Escombe Avenue and Kitzinger Avenue.

Various tools, a pit bike (small on-off road motorbike), a BMX bicycle and an electric scooter were stolen at the residential premises, and steel pipes, taps, plugs and cables were stolen at the business premises.

A vehicle was stolen on the corner of Van Der Walt and Devon streets.

Saturday

A vehicle was stolen at the Mall@Carnival and another one stolen on the corner of Etosha Avenue and Tafelboom Street.

A housebreaking occurred along Voortrekker Road, where a television set, a subwoofer, cash and a cellphone were stolen.

Sunday

A vehicle was stolen at the Mall@Carnival and another one stolen on the corner of Springs and Denne Roads.

A house robbery occurred in Witheide Avenue, where a television set, two laptops, a cellphone, a wristwatch, jewellery and a handbag were stolen.

Monday

A housebreaking occurred along Tweedy Street, where a high pressure washer and other tools were stolen.
