“There’s a white Polo Vivo, with about four occupants, driving around with a blue light, usually between 9am and 2pm,” warned Capt Joep Joubert, spokesperson for the Brakpan Police Station commander.

“They pull off people, and then they hijack them,” he said.

Drivers are warned to be vigilant of vehicles fitting this description.
