Lucky Skhosana was found guilty of housebreaking with the intent to commit a crime, when he appeared in the Brakpan Magistrates Court. He was also found unfit to possess a firearm.
The housebreaking occurred on January 3, 2012, at a residence in 22nd Avenue, Withok.
He was also found unfit to possess a firearm.
The case was successfully investigated by Det Sgt Shirley Nyathi.
