No electricity on these two days
In its continuous efforts to provide a stable and reliable power supply to consumers, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) will be carrying out essential maintenance and repair work.
In order to make way for the work there will be a planned power supply interruption that will affect parts of Brakpan and surrounding areas on September 1 and September 3, from 8am until 4pm on both days.
The following areas will be affected:
Tuesday, September 1:
- Dalpark Proper;
- Dalpark Extension Five;
- Dalpark Extension Nine;
- Dalpark Extension 11;
- Dalpark Extension 13.
Thursday, September 3:
- The entire Dalview area will be affected.
The EMM wishes to apologise for any inconvenience to be caused and reminds residents to treat the network as electrically live for the duration of the outage.
