According to information received, the following crimes were reported to Brakpan police over the weekend:
Friday
A green Toyota Venture was stolen from the parking lot of the Sherwood Shopping Centre, and a blue Nissan Sentra was stolen from Kitzinger Avenue.
Saturday
Four burglaries were reported
These took place at addresses along Waterval Road, in Leachville, Brodigan Avenue, in Dalview, and Plumbago Street and Langenhoven Road, in Dalpark.
Perfume valued at R5 000, television sets, groceries, an iPad, a laptop and other household items were stolen.
Sunday
A laptop was stolen from a car parked at an address along Wordsworth Street, Dalpark.
