Number of customers registered on Siyakhokha payment platform grows

The old website www.e-siyakhokha.co.za is no longer in use.

The City of Ekurhuleni’s upgraded service payment website Siyakhokha has recorded 79 165 new customers registering for the service.

The service payment platform hit the 79 165 mark on August 21, two months after its launch in July.

Customers who were on the old website are urged to re-register to view, manage and pay their municipal accounts conveniently.

To date, the new website has been visited by 334 718 people and the number of linked municipal accounts is 124 670.

The amount processed on the Siyakhokha website since it was launched is R51 204 835-billion.

The website upgrade was necessitated by the need to align the platform with the digital city Ekurhuleni aspires to be, and will ultimately result in a service payment platform that is user-friendly and easily accessible.

The old website www.e-siyakhokha.co.za is no longer in use.

Instead, customers will now have to log on to siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za

Pay your municipal account at the following outlets: customer care centres, Spar, banks, Pick n’ Pay, Checkers, Pep Stores, Makro and Builders Warehouse.
