Tell us how often you braai and win

The person whose email impresses us the most will win.

South Africans will be commemorating National Heritage Day, also known as National Braai Day, on September 24.

And just as braaing is part of our heritage, so is biltong.

To celebrate Heritage Day, the Herald is giving away a mouth-watering biltong hamper, courtesy of Bella’s Biltong in Dalview, to one lucky reader.

Getting your hands on the hamper is easy — simply send an email to brakpanherald@caxton.co.za and tell us how many times a week you braai and your favourite food to braai.

If you have an interesting braai photo, attach it in your email, but don’t forget to add the names and surnames of the person or persons in the photo. (The Herald may choose to publish some of these photos).

The person whose email impresses us the most will win.

Include your name and surname, as well as an address and a phone number in the email.

The competition is open to Brakpan residents only.

The closing date for entries is Thursday, September 19.
