Get on your walking shoes for a good cause
Money raised on the day will cover the cost of expensive medical treatment.

A 5km fun walk in aid of nine-year-old Jaco Viljoen will be held on Saturday, March 28.
Jaco suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a progressive form of muscular dystrophy (a group of diseases that cause progressive weakness and loss of muscle mass).
The fund-raiser will be held at Muriel Brand School from 9am to 3pm.
Money raised on the day will cover the cost of expensive medical treatment.
The entry fee for fun walk participants is R50.
There will also be food stalls, and crafts and other goodies on sale.
Stalls are still available.
