Validity of licences extended to 2021
Motorists are encouraged to visit their nearest driver's licence testing centre for more information.
Is your driver’s licence or professional driver’s permit expired? Did it expire in the period from March 26 to date?
The good news for motorists is that the City of Ekurhuleni has further extended the validity period of learner’s licences, driver’s licence cards, temporary driving licences and professional driving permits.
The validity period was initially planned to expire on December 31, 2020, and has now been further extended to August 31, 2021.
