Impressed with friendly service at home affairs

I left the office feeling I had made friends with these staff members.

Last week I had to collect some documents from the Brakpan Home Affairs office.

As expected I had to wait for a long time. However, I was treated in a very friendly way by all the staff, including the woman screening me at the entrance.

I left the office feeling I had made friends with these staff members and would like to let Brakpan know that despite long queues, they will be dealt with politely.

Well done, Brakpan Home Affairs.
