Repairs to a water supply pipe and installation of a new booster station will affect the supply of water to some areas of Brakpan tomorrow (Wednesday).
The City of Ekurhuleni has advised the interruption will be from 8.30am on Wednesday to 12.30am on Thursday.
The affected areas will be Sallies Village, Vulcania, Ergo (Mkancwa), Maryvlei, Withok Estates and Brenthurst.
Water tankers will be dispatched and located at the following points:
- Sallies Village
- Mkancwa
- Withok Estates
- Vulcania
In addition, customers are also encouraged to store adequate water to utilise during this time.
The City of Ekurhuleni apologised for the inconvenience caused.
