The City of Ekurhuleni is in the process of switching to a new telephone system which will affect the telephone services between 4 pm today to 4 pm tomorrow.

The transition may impact communication between the City and customers.

Customers are encouraged to use the following platforms to register service interruptions should the need arise:

• Email:  call.centre@ekurhuleni.gov.za or
• Via My CoE App

Measures have been put in place to ensure that the Call Centre remains operational.
