Rate your experience with SAPS

You can now rate services received from Brakpan police by completing a survey available at the local police station.

Visitors to the Brakpan Police Station are encouraged to complete a survey to assist the local SAPS to improve its services.

This follows a meeting between station commander Brig Fredl Jonck, station management and SAPS members to discuss how the trust of the community can be regained.

The survey was compiled by communications officer Capt Pearl van Staad with the aim of ensuring the following:

• A safe and secure environment for Brakpan
• To give feedback to the community
• Improve response times for all complaints
• To improve communication

The survey is available at the Client Service Centre (charge office) and other offices in the building where the public is served.

Respondents are questioned about the friendliness of staff, how quick services are rendered and how their complaint was dealt with, among others.

Suggestions and comments are also welcome.

“We will strive for excellence for the betterment of our community,” said Van Staad.
