Anzac to get community clean-up treatment

Get your hands dirty and make a difference in the community.

Residents are invited to roll up their sleeves to help clean up Anzac on October 15.

Volunteers will meet at 07:30 at the substation at the corner of Grey Avenue and Station Road to tackle areas in the suburb in need of attention.

Those willing to assist are requested to bring rakes, spades and refuse bags.

A request has been made for the use of a bakkie or trailer to help with the removal of waste.

Organisers would like to hold clean-ups every Saturday or second Sunday at different locations in the area.
