The 40th annual Toy Run took place on Sunday with bikers meeting at Carnival City.
For the bikers’ safety, road marshals from the Christian Motor Cycle Association together with provincial and metro traffic officers escorted the convoy.
Support vehicles and sweep vehicles followed the procession to ensure everything went smoothly.
Hundreds of motorcyclists, with bikes decorated with toys and stuffed animals, came together at Carnival City, where coffee was served.
From there they travelled to the Benoni Northerns Sports Grounds where a day of music, food and fun awaited them.
The entrance was a toy or an R50 donation and bikers could receive a cap and badge for completing the run.
