The Just Wheels Club will host a British Day Car Show at the clubhouse, situated at 169 Kitzinger Avenue. Visitors will also be treated to music, good food, pony rides, and a flea market. The SANBS will be on site for those who would like to donate blood on the day.
• August 9
The Just Wheels Ladies Charity Event will raise funds for the San Michele Home and the Jabes Care Centre. Artist Kabous will be the MC. The fundraiser starts at 10:00 and will be held at the Just Wheels Club, 1 Small Street, Dalview. Contact Bolla van Heerden on 084 428 7767.

Sonneveld Akademie hou hul 30-jaar fees op 2 September. Daar sal stalletjies, ‘n ‘smash room’, ‘n ‘spinning marathon’, kunstenaars en vele meer wees. Vir kaartjies, navrae of om stalletjies te bespreek kontak Suzette Binneman op 061 346 0394.

• Brakpan parkrun is open every Saturday at 07:50 at the Brakpan Sports Centre (across from the library). Runners, walkers and volunteers are welcome. It is free, just bring your running tag/barcode. You run, walk or jog at our own pace.
• Die Brakpan-tak van die Vroue Landbou Unie vergader elke tweede Dinsdag van die maand om 10:00 by die Just Wheels Motorklub klubhuis by Kitzingerlaan 169. Belangstellendes kan Elsabe Grobler op 082 891 4514 kontak.
• A second-hand clothing sale will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08:00 to 11:30 at the NG Kerk Brakpan-Oos, corner of Boundary Road and High Street. Good-quality clothing available at discount prices. Call Hester Bosch on 083 307 0649.
