The Just Wheels Club will host a British Day Car Show at the clubhouse, 169 Kitzinger Avenue. Visitors will be treated to music, good food, pony rides, and a flea market. The SANBS will be on site for those wanting to donate blood.
August 9
The Just Wheels Ladies Charity Event will raise funds for the San Michele Home and the Jabes Care Centre. Artist Kabous will be the MC. Starts at 10:00 at the Just Wheels Club, 1 Small Street, Dalview. Bolla van Heerden: 084 428 7767.

‘n Boeremark word by die Brakpan Garden & Pet Centre, wat te Rand Collieriesweg 148 geleë is, gehou. Persone wat belangstel om stalletjies te bespreek kan 082 818 1648 skakel. Die mark sal van 9:00 tot 14:00 duur.
2 September
Sonneveld Akademie hou hul 30-jaar fees op 2 September. Daar sal stalletjies, ‘n smash room, ’n spinning marathon, kunstenaars en vele meer wees. Vir kaartjies, navrae of om stalletjies te bespreek, kontak Suzette Binneman: 061 346 0394.

• Brakpan parkrun is open every Saturday at 07:50 at the Brakpan Sports Centre (across from the library). Runners, walkers and volunteers are welcome. It is free, just bring your running tag/barcode. You run, walk or jog at your pace.
• Die Brakpan-tak van die Vroue Landbou-Unie vergader elke tweede Dinsdag van die maand om 10:00 by die Just Wheels Motorklub se klubhuis te Kitzingerlaan 169. Belangstellendes kan Elsabe Grobler by 082 891 4514 kontak.
• A second-hand clothing sale takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08:00 to 11:30 at the NG Kerk Brakpan-Oos, corner of Boundary Road and High Street. Good-quality clothing at discount prices. Call Hester Bosch: 083 307 0649.
