Madiba day magic at Life Dalview Hospital

Employees enjoyed a fun walk and also donated items to a local charity.

Life Dalview Hospital employees had fun with a Mandela Day Fun Walk during their lunch time last Tuesday.

The walk was a chance for employees to serve their 67 minutes by dressing up in the spirit of Madiba day, as well as supporting a worthy cause by donating toiletries to a local gender-based violence charity.

Runners had to register and get a race number, and prizes were awarded for the best-dressed runner with the most Madiba spirit and the runner who did the most laps around the hospital.

There was also a team award for the department which donated the most for the GBV charity.
