San Michele Home opens charity shop

The San Michele Home for the intellectually challenged has opened a charity shop on its premises on the corner of Hannes Visagie and Mouton streets in Withok Estates.

The shop is open to the public from 10:00 to 14:00 on weekdays for seasoned thrifters to peruse second-hand goods and crafts. It is not open on public holidays.

“The shop features various interesting items and is the ideal get-away for all the thrift shoppers among us,” said Pulane Mbele, the home’s marketing manager.
