Battle of the Fists, a development boxing match, took place on Saturday at the Barry Vorster Hall in Alberton. Brakpan Boxing Club's Talitha Roos won her match in the second round with a ref stop contest (RFC). This means that she overpowered her opponent so much that the fight had to be stopped. The Alberton Boxing Club hosted the tournament. Coaches Eddie Botes, Steven Labuschagne and Louis Esterhuysen are with Roos before the match.
