The Brakpan Pool Club teams and members recently performed outstandingly in the Eastern Gauteng Pool Association (EGPA) Pool League’s inaugural season.
In the premier senior division, the Golden Oldies team achieved a 13-10 victory in the finals, securing the championship title.
Team Last Minute, which competed in the super senior division, narrowly lost the finals 12-13. In the open super division, the Rolling Royals also competed valiantly in the finals.
Four players became Top 16 singles champions across various divisions.
They are Adriaan Fuhri in the seniors’ premier division, Kopano Semoko in the seniors’ super, Noelene du Preez in the ladies’ division, and Thabo Kelehile in the opens’ super division.
