Brakpan-based non-profit organisation Village of Hope visited the Sallies Hostel on September 2 as part of its ongoing community outreach programmes.

They brought feeding and support initiatives to the community, where residents received a meal and sweet treats.

“The visit was warmly received by the Sallies Hostel community, who welcomed Village of Hope with appreciation and gratitude,” said NPO founder Tumie Masolane.

“The outreach also highlighted the significant need for continued support within the community.”

Village of Hope remains committed to its mission to ‘Reach Out & Touch a Soul’ by supporting orphaned and vulnerable children and families through feeding programmes, mentorship, clothing initiatives, and social development.

“We are calling on companies, organisations, and individuals to join hands with us in supporting communities in need and contributing towards a better and more caring society,” said Tumie.
