Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 24(G) read together with Section 24(F) of the National Environmental Management Amendment Act, 2004 (Act No. 8 of 2004) (NEMA) (as amended). The Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (GDARD) is considering an application for the rectification by Diversey SA in terms of Sections 24(G) and 24(F) of the National Environmental Management Amendment Act, 2004 (Act No. 8 of 2004) (as amended) for the unlawful commencement of the activities identifies in terms of Environmental Impact Assessment EIA, 2014.
NATURE OF OPERATIONS:
The applicant commences the unlawful manufacturing and storage of dangerous goods without the environmental authorisation on the farm Klipportjie 110 IR in Wadeville, Germiston.
