Star player signed to Boland

Ian Oosthuizen, the 2016 South African Rugby Union Gold Cup Forward Player of the Tournament, left for the United Kingdom in November on an international rugby exchange where he played for Scottish club Selkirk.

Brakpan Rugby Club’s indomitable hooker Ian Oosthuizen (centre) has returned from Scotland and has been signed by Boland Rugby to play in the Currie Cup this year.  Harry Nieuwenhuis is the chairperson of the Brakpan Rugby Club and Saartjie Vermeulen is the club secretary.
