Brakpan SAPS invites women to walk, run and get fit

Lace up and get active as Brakpan SAPS hosts a Women’s Month 5km walk/run, followed by aerobics.

Women are invited to get active at a Women’s Month 5km walk/run hosted by Brakpan police.

The event will take place on August 29 from 07:00 to 12:00. The starting point is near the Brakpan Police Station, at the corner of Prince George and Gardiner avenues.

The walk/run will be followed by a one-hour aerobics session. Not sure what to wear? Participants are encouraged to be creative with sportswear.

Registration for the run is a packet of sanitary pads. For more information, contact Constable Audrey Buthelezi on 071 675 6954.
