Brakpan weekend crime round-up: Multiple vehicle thefts reported

An overview of crimes reported to local SAPS from April 24 to 26.

The following crimes were reported to Brakpan police over the past weekend:

Friday – No priority cases were reported at the time of publication.

Saturday – A red Toyota Tazz was stolen from the corner of Abercorn Avenue and Elliot Street in Anzac.

  • A silver Ford Ranger was stolen from the Sherwood Shopping Centre.

Sunday – Musical equipment and other valuables were stolen during a burglary at a business along Prince George Avenue.

  • A white Toyota Land Cruiser was stolen from the corner of Magnolia and Boekenhout streets in Dalpark.
  • A black Ford Ranger was stolen from Mall@Carnival.
