Mondeor SAPS news update

SAPS news from Mondeor Police Station.

ON June 9, four males broke into a house in Kannetberg Street, Glenvista. A neighbour’s domestic saw them while they were trying to break in and phoned the police.

The suspects were chased by SAPS with assistance from the domestic who gave the description of the suspects. The suspects were arrested in Diepkloof and all the stolen property was recovered. They were driving a gold-coloured Nissan bakkie. The suspects aged between 22 and 33 were arrested for possession of suspected stolen property and housebreaking.Police vehicle

During July a domestic worker was killed and locked in a cupboard in Glenvista. On September 12, a 23-year-old suspect was arrested in Zola, Soweto by Mondeor SAPS Detectives and will appeared in court on September 13.
