Sixty seven minutes for Resthaven Baby Sanctuary
The ANC Youth League Ward 56 began their 67 minutes for Mandela Day, assisting the baby sanctuary with a clean-up operation.
ROSETTENVILLE – They have chosen to ‘adopt’ the baby sanctuary and will be assisting in various ways on an ongoing basis. On August 9 they hope to paint the home.
The also organised a party for one of the babies birthdays, which was enjoyed by everyone.
Staff from Stefanutti Stocks also visited the home and brought along a whole lot of toys and baby essentials.
“Today has been a wonderful day and we thank these young people for donating their time and all the baby products, which we so desperately need,” said Shahieda Goliath, house mother.
