RISPARK – Speaking on the recent opening of two computer laboratories at Covenant College Primary School and Covenant High, School Governing Body memberCharmaine Esch said: “We’ve gone back to basics by using computers and not laptops or tablets due to a variety of issues, which waste time that can be used for teaching.”

What Esch was referring to were the problems that are sometimes experienced by schools, when the smaller, more portable gadgets are either forgotten at home by learners or get stolen from learners.

Esch believes that this move will enable the school to save on maintenance costs and operational costs.
