Nova Pioneer Ormonde Secondary learners shine at prestigious Cambridge awards

Three Nova Pioneer Ormonde Secondary learners have been recognised among the best Cambridge students in South Africa and the world, earning top awards for their outstanding academic achievements in Business Studies and IsiZulu.

Nova Pioneer Ormonde Secondary School is celebrating the remarkable achievements of three learners who received top honours at the prestigious Cambridge Awards, earning recognition for outstanding academic excellence on both national and international levels.

The awards celebrate exceptional performance among Cambridge learners, and the school’s learners distinguished themselves with impressive results across multiple subjects.

Among the top achievers was Mikayla Bayat, who was recognised as the top student in South Africa for A-Level business studies.

Jashuri Pillay received the award for top student in South Africa for IGCSE business studies, while Abongile Sibiya achieved global recognition as the top student in the World for IGCSE IsiZulu.

The achievements have been praised as a testament to the learners’ hard work, discipline, and commitment to academic excellence, as well as the strong culture of learning fostered at the school.
