Defending yourself with Domestic Watch

This month’s meeting was interactive with Constable Mnguni showing the domestics how they can defend themselves if they are attacked.

AT the recent Domestic Watch meeting held on February 13 at the Sasol petrol station on the corner of Swartgoud Street and Columbine Avenue, Suideroord, Constable Elizabeth Mnguni from the Mondeor Police Station, gave lessons on how to defend yourself if attacked. Corné Meyer from National Security (previously Chubb) was also present.

Organised by Michelle Pelser, the Domestic Watch meetings take place each month on the second Tuesday, at 10am, at Sasol Columbine Avenue.
