WATERSTONE College is proud to announce that a group of girls from the school and their teachers are currently in Croatia as part of South Africa’s 600 chosen dancers to participate at the DanceStar World Finals.
With more than 4 000 dancers from 28 countries taking part in the competition being held in Porec, Croatia, the event kicked off on May 23 with finals taking place on May 27.
The DanceStar Finals is the most prestigious dance event of the year for dancers, teachers, parents and all dance lovers from around the globe.
With over an entire week of amazing performances, great awards and prizes, workshops, international judges and so much more, the girls are in for quite an exciting experience.
“The school is very proud to have its girls as part of this competition and to represent South Africa on an international stage, we wish all our dancing queens well,” said Shandene Hinkley from the marketing team at Waterstone College.
